Role of Customs Agents in iCMS
- The following are the roles of Customs Agents in iCMS:
- User Management by the Super user.
- Submission of Customs Declarations on behalf of exporters and importers.
- Payment of taxes on behalf of exporters and importers.
- Payment of extra taxes.
- Request for removal of cargo.
- Request for alteration of documents.
- Request for cancellation of Customs documents.
- Participation in physical inspection (response to scheduling and inspection – outside the system).
